Situations will have aspects about them that are like the past trauma - for example when people act in uncaring ways towards me and it involves safety issues where i could get hurt. i get triggered. i have thoughts like "they don't care about me, i'll get hurt, i'm at their mercy, i'm helpless to do anything about this to affect it in a positive way much" I feel like the past is happening again. My question is what to do about these thoughts.
