Wishing you good things, Ico. Diaries have been helpful for me as well. Nice things about a diary is that the diary is not a costly thing to do, and a diary seems to help with venting and dealing with emotions. I have found that a diary help me organize my thoughts better. For some reason, a diary helps me soothe myself. I hope the diary is beneficial for you!
