Found this article and related TED video today. Old saying "It takes two" and the risk of being even more vulnerable. I tried this path without disclosing intent to just spend some time and close a door. It went badly. Primary reason was that I was an employee. No rights, no voice. How stupid was that? Self chosen exposure 'therapy.'

Article is good and also the TED talk.

Anyone else tried and had success with truth and reconciliation path?

Can I forgive the man who raped me?
