Forum Upgrade & Development
Now I finished upgrading the PTSD Forum, I will be concentrating much more of my time on this site to upgrade it to the new package, yet also build the information here and help veterans with PTSD vs. civilians with PTSD as I have been for the past five years.
So, with the upgrade things will obviously change here, being:
It tends to take a good year minimum for a forum to establish itself... my aim with any forum is that if it has 100 members at the end of the first year, then that is pretty good... as they grow after that point.
A lot of the military content I had on PTSD Forum will be no more and instead that will be listed here, being the more appropriate place. I will begin changing some of the content their and replicating it here focused towards military... those bits that matter most. Then there is some new stuff that I will write that often helps combat vets quite significantly.
See how it all goes though.
I will actually post snapshots as I go, so people get an idea of what will be coming, no surprises hopefully. You just have to look at PTSD Forum to get an idea of the layout and features...

So, with the upgrade things will obviously change here, being:
- VBArmy game will be no more as it was an old system compatible with 3.x version of the vbulletin software and not the 4.x version that I am about to begin the upgrade process with.
- The living avatars will be no more as the developer has stopped developing them, so it is not compatible with the 4.x version.
- Article forum will be no more as the 4.x version comes with a content manager as the homepage, being articles.
- All the rest of the features will pretty much be the same, the new version has some improvements and like anything, will take time to get used to.
