Well...... I didn't know enough about 'Abilify' and it's correct prescribed Mental Health condition. A very close friend has brought it to my unbeknownst knowledge is primarily used in the treatment of Bi-Polarism.
Which I might add I am 'Not' diagnosed with.

Oh and apparently I am to be assigned a 'Care Manager' ...... even more

Nope and nope. Abilify is an atypical anti-psychotic. The other three are brand name Seroquel, Zyprexa, and Latuda. It is prescribed for - in no particular order - schizophrenia, bi-polar, major depression (treatment-resistant type), autism (to manage irritability), and tic disorders.

Unless your very close friend happens to be a board-certified psychiatrist, I'd not go listening to them.

There are very few drugs used in the mental health field that are actually restricted to one disorder. Drugs manage symptoms; symptoms cross between diagnoses. I've been on abilify as an adjunct to my main antidepressant (probably saved my life), seroquel for sleep, and currently latuda for depression - because they just figured out that it can help treatment-resistant depression.

And just because it's called an antipsychotic doesn't mean it is treating psychosis.

Finally, do you know for certain you are not on the bi-polar spectrum? Bear in mind that there are five currently agreed-upon grades of bi-polar, and it is considered to be a "spectrum" disorder. I'm not saying you are or aren't, I'm saying you are talking about something you have already referred to having traits of - hypomania - as if it's absolutely not what you should be medicated for.
