Sludge, when I was in downtown Baghdad a civvy rocked up with a similar mag attached to his M4. He was advance party as part of a protection detail. I asked him about the mag and he told me he had never fired a shot out of his M4 or using that Mag. What a f*cking joke. You can only imagine, 'Sorry Sir you got dead, but I had a stoppage and didn't know how to clear the f*cker'.

While they do make them for some rimfire weapons, that particular variant is for the Glock 9MM.
