I wanted to get together with other Sydney PTSD people to have a meal with or chose some activities to do and have a fun time.

Every one is welcome males, females, sufferers, spouses, family or friends of PTSD sufferers.

PC me to arrange a time and date that suits.

Looking forward to have a get together some time in January or February.

I was wondering if any group has formed in Sydney. I live in NW Sydney & really need to stop isolating myself & get involved with others who understand.
