Hi, some people have to hit bottom before they are ready to go and get help. I hope you are taking good care of yourself. If you have to seperate because he is getting out of control can you take care of yourself? I would hate to have that happen, but he does not seem interested in helping himself. I'm trying to take care of myself but lately I've noticed myself becoming depressed & having anxiety attacks that I haven't had in years. I wish I could make him see that the only way he will ever be happy again is to get the proper help. I'm doing everything I can but being stuck at home while he goes out & having everything on my shoulders is really beginning to bring me down
