Sufferer Glad To Have Stumbled Upon This Forum

Hello!
I'm Emily, I spend my days as a full-time university student with a major in biochemistry and my nights as a cat-cuddling internet lover. I was diagnosed with PTSD a year ago about a month before I quit therapy (Problems with my T). I have recently decided to try therapy again once my schooling resumes after break. Finding this forum has been really great so far and I've finally mustered up the courage to say hello. I hope that in time I get the chance to speak with all of you!

It is nice to meet you, Emily. I haven't been in formal therapy for quite some time, but still feel myself sliding back into the old dysfunctions on a fairly regular basis. I have been told this might even qualify me for my Normal Award. Routine maintenance is my safeguard. Visits here have been a positive addition to my maintenance program.
