Hey Cath, I am a Paramedic.

Hey SS! I did a stint in A & E and intensive care. My heart was in surgery though either scrubbed up in theater or on the wards. I really miss it at times but my trauma makes it too difficult to go back.

My H works for the ambulance service here in the UK. He's not a paramedic, he does patient transport. He takes patients home or into care homes or hospices. He does a lot of stretcher work and has some very poorly patients sometimes. He loves his job.
