We are, after all a small percentage in the fish bowl of breathing things... we need to keep it together and unless it's vital... learn how to converse here. (I ain't schooling anybody though... just my take). I might itch to lead a horse to water... but I might get kicked by the horse, the horse won't drink, and the horse might rear up and run away... none of my concern... but I think the dialogue police need to take a serious break.

Than triple train me (already cross trained) and get my ass promoted! Im bored, i need the money and by god i have way too much technical knowledge for my current position a tier 2.

PTSD is havoc and chaos. Messes my plans up all day long. Understand your frustration with promotion. Lost my own self created and run biz because of PTSD. You are in good company here for those that do understand "It's the PTSD Stupid." Which I have to remind my self of moment by moment. Remembering to breath as I write, and exhale all I can.
