Of course you are shredded. The enormity of yesterday and the fear is still with you. IMHO, it will take few days of caring for yourself, breathing and grounding to make it more manageable.

You are not a total loser. I'm sorry your family is not supporting you. However, your 'family' here is listening and supporting you.

Junebug you are so right about objects just floating by. I am really freaked out today. I feel very hurt physically black and blue. I am also on some strange auto pilot.

I believe in them too. Cars that 'should' have hit our car because there just wasn't room for all of us. Feeling something hit the car, but NO sign of it. Sometimes you have to look hard, but there are human 'guardians' as well. Got a whole list of those!

I'm so sorry you went through something so traumatic like that, what a shock it must have been! I read where you woke up black and blue and were disoriented a bit, I had no idea. :(

I'm grateful and believe in Guardian Angels myself. People drown in far less rushing waters, what Heros and selfish people they were. I am so grateful you are here!

Well it's official my car is no longer. I got an e-mail telling me that it is a total loss. I wonder if I should right a list of inventory about my life that is a total loss. Maybe if I write it off they will be gone too. I am just so annoyed, more things that have to be done now and my mind is not participating in my needs.

Sorry about the car NH. It is one more thing you don't need to deal with. It will be time consuming and frustrating BUT it is just a car, you are safe.

Between withdrawals from meds and serious amounts of un needed or wanted attention at them moment I am feeling rather lopsided. I am pulling at straws to hold on.

I do have paper work I need to attend to for the car. If I am not of sound mind that could be a problem. I will call a friend and seek help with this one. Geez I do hate showing my weakness to others.

She is your friend, she won't mind. That is what friends do, you would help her.

Try and take some down time, remember your grounding and breathing. Take care of you and do something nice for yourself.
