That sounds rather blaming to me. How would you feel if some anonymous person posted online claiming to be you, and I allowed them access? That is exactly what you're doing to me right now... you are anonymous, you have provided no evidence to your last account by giving your email and DOB used on that account, nothing.
If you cannot prove your identity to me, then yes, your symptoms are stopping you from using this site. I cannot risk member security when a member cannot remember any of their own account credentials. Symptoms or not... that sounds extremely deceptive to me, thus I must err on the side of caution and take no action.
