Had the weekend off

We had my sister-in-law down for the weekend for my step-sons 18th party... a headache and weekend free of the Internet pretty much. Its one thing I like about having someone over for the weekend... different company that breaks up our routine and being around computers.

My head still hurts a little today from the amount of scotch I drunk on Saturday. Ouch!!!

Actually don't think getting plastered on the weekend was a very good idea for me... actually, I know it wasn't, as now I am suffering the consequences this week with my internal shit going up and down all over the place. Motivated one minute, not the next. This usually only occurs if I have drunk to much, and it was a binge night, as I don't typically drink that much now... usually months between even. I have more so than usual with Christmas, New Years, visiting my sister for a weekend, then an 18th in Feb... way more than usual and for what is healthy for me.

Wow... what a busy last few days... long weekend and all. Kind off looking forward to getting things back to normal around here tomorrow with the teen back at school and the missus back at work. I get things done with peace and quiet... achieved nothing very little the last few days.
