We are so excited to announce the members of the first 21 Day Challenge want to keep going.
And encourage New participants!
Eleanor will take the lead and Whitney will assist. We will be using both a private conversation and this open thread.
For those interested in joining the Private Conversation please let us know as soon as possible. Our start date will be May 7. Invitations will be sent via Personal Conversation or Inbox!
Remember it is a Self-Challenge not a contest. The Team work has been proven to be a very positive experience for all.
1. Write down three new things you are grateful for each day.
2. Journal about a positive experience experience in the last 24 hours.
3. Exercise
4. Meditation
5. A random act of kindness.
The above are the basics, those who are continuing will be strengthening our efforts and adding on.
We share and encourage through the ups and downs. Teamwork is awesome!
