Has Anyone Else Done EMDR On Body Memory?

i don’t know about emdr but i want to say that i have sexual haptic flashbacks too (the feeling of having sex and the pain, and also pushing against the back of my throat) and i know how you feel. i just wanted to say that because i spent a lot of time googling and searching for this because i found it so confusing and it’s so hard to find info about them. it made me feel truly crazy. i hope emdr helps you.

Sorry that this happened to you @brokenpony . Body memories and those you describe are awful and so difficult to work through. Ive had some of these flashbacks whilst in the session and my t has been amazing as it cant be good for the person observing either? I have seen some success with Emdr though so it hope it works for you @Rumors as your other emdr has done.
