Has anyone ever felt like they were in two places at the same time?

Wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I'm in one place but feel like I'm also somewhere else.

Not sure if its the same but I feel like I have my feet in different realities. I have one foot here, typing on my computer and the other back in whichever then is currently bugging me. It's very disconcerting. T blathers on about how I'm supposed to do grounding exercises to get myself back into the present when I become aware its happening... and that can help.

Yes I have this too but sometimes it feela like I'm so spaces out that I think I'm in one place but I'm really somewhere else. People with DID say they are going grocery shopping and suddenly they'll be in their car so they think they were grocery shopping but obviously at some point what they were experiencing with their senses is not what was really happening. This must be some very high level dissociation. I think this happens to me. I think I'm doing one thing but something else is happening.

Yeah I've had those type of out of body experiences as well. I'm actually talking about it feeling like I'm somewhere else doing something else but I'm at home sitting on the couch. I might just have an overactive imagination though.
