Seriously, l would tell him, it maybe someone else's child. He has no claims, he is verbally harassing you because he knows he is stressing you out. If you have to call the police, you can say you fear for your child's safety and was afraid of him abducting the child. This is a possibility, it has happened quite a lot. If he does get hold of the child, he could leave and you would have a hard time getting the child back. So l believe he shouldn't be allowed near the child truthfully. And you should hightail out of there as fast you can. Do you need father's permission to fly with child out of country? Mexico, for example, wants a letter as long as child is minor, or divorce decree. Can you say you don't know who the father is? He has no rights at this point but he is acting extremely immature.
