Constant physical pain, lack of interest, palpitations, shortness of breath, and on and on....
I can't even turn my head this morning. The muscles are locked in pain.

Welcome! I am the supporter of a Veteran with Combat PTSD. He has many of the things you list above from time to time. FYI ~ There is also another site associated with this forum called My Combat PTSD - it's only for Veterans with Combat PTSD and is another great place to learn.

I am sorry that you are in constant pain and feel uninterested right now. I pray that this changes for you soon. Have you made contact with your local VA? It's a great place for pain mangement, psych help and really any other support you might need.

Anyway, look around - this place is very informative and provides lots of support. The creator Anthony is also a Veteran with Combat PTSD - so he is especially knowledgable in this.

Pain is terrible burden I can relate as I am also crippled in pain with fused bones in my neck and back due to fracture trauma.
