Thank you.

Yesterday, my acupuncture doc put electric pulses on the needles. Treating an old leg injury. I have solidified muscles in my glutes, and front of left leg. Groin tendonitis, and myfascial adhesion pain while walking. It hurts. It will get better, my doc and I will bust up the lumps with foam roller (self) massage, and acupuncture. I did a bunch of foam roller work day before yesterday, and thought maybe it made me a little sick.

Probably some kinda trauma stuff bound up in it all, doc thinks so too.

James,

You are in my thoughts! My dear husband also suffered horrible things as a young child and is just now dealing with that.

They thought his PTSD came from police shootings and other adult stuff so, of course nothing over past 3 years has helped. He is now having acupuncture, EMDR and Somatic Release therapies to get to the root of it all. He feels they are helping.

He isn't enjoying the pain it brings though.

I also have a candle lit for everyone feeling tormented right now.

LAA

In case our power goes out, I thought I'd send a hug (everyone can use a virtual hug!!). Good work and keep plugging away. Know there are a lot of folks sending healing thoughts and peace.
Take care.

Good work and keep plugging away.

Thanks Sammy. :)

Hello LAA, and thank you for sharing. It may be the acupuncture is jogging something, for sure. My doc told me it is pretty normal to have emotional reactions, I guess especially if trauma has happened. Good luck, and best wishes to you and
your husband.
