Hello,
I'm new to this site. I have been dealing with my complex PTSD for seven years now. I have made a lot of progress, but still am dealing with triggers and flashbacks on a fairly regular basis. I'm glad I found this forum, to have support from others who really "get it."

You have company. I am still dealing with them, too. Over time, I've learned how to manage them better. This forum has been so helpful to learn from others.
