Supporter Hello I'm New

Hello, my fiance has PTSD. I'm looking for some help to understand more, and to beable to help him.

We first met over 13 yrs ago, and had become very good friends.

Now things have moved into a great relationship. I'm trying hard to understand some of the things and emotions I see him go through at times.

I have read alot of post's, and there is alot of help on here. I'm open and excited to learn more about PTSD and how to deal with it from the other side.

Welcome!! My fiance has trouble dealing with my PTSD at times. Just be patient and understanding. Remember even if you don't feel the same things he does you can still be there and be his rock!
