I can't believe how hard it is to write something here!!!! But I need to stop feeling like a vouyer who just reads everyone else's comments, so at the very least I have now managed to put something down....

Thanks for all of your kind words - they have meant a great deal to me.....was awake at 1am from nightmares and flashbacks and have been panicky since then. It is so, so exhausting and lonely, just wish I could calm down and get some sleep.

I hope you will be able to get back to sleep also; maybe just being on here for a little bit will help you feel just a bit less alone? Hoping so anyway.

Hi Zemi, I did manage to calm down and rest a little, but builders /trucks down the street put an end to that - definatley not what I needed today! But am calmer now and being on here does alleviate the lonleyness a bit, although with this being new to me it also kinda stressful, hoping it will end up being in a good way.
