Hello...

:cautious:...I'm not sure what I expect from being here but here I am. I think the only thing I am hoping for is that no one says something stupid to me like.... well if you think you have it bad listen to this.
I will say this, I never try to trump someone else's pain. I have learned that your pain is the worst pain in all the world and to me... mine is.

I wrote a very long paragraph and just deleted it, seems so futile at this juncture so i will read and try not to expect anything.

Hi Reign, welcome to the forum, I am so pleased you found us.

One thing I can almost guarentee is that no-one will say 'well if you think you have it bad listen to this'. We are just a group of people whose lives have been affected by PTSD. Our traumas are all different, some have similarities but all are unique, because as individuals, we are unique. What I have found is that people here understand how I feel, our PTSD and symptoms forge a common bond. The articles and threads have helped me put my PTSD into perspective.

I have made friends here and I have gained knowledge but most of all no-one judges.

Take your time, it is hard to post especially at first. When you are ready, maybe you will post what you deleted. No pressure as we say here baby steps. Now reward yourself on your first post, you did good.

Hi Reign,

Just to say like KP mentionned, no one judges here, when it hurts IT HURTS ... it doesn't matter what the source of the PTSD caused it, what we understand is that you had to face up to a trauma, a very bad trauma that affected you.
