Welcome to the forum Miss Septic. This is a great forum with lots of information and many interesting threads, some are even fun threads as it is healthy to have a good laugh even if we have PTSD. Take your time to look around and get acquinted with this site.

I think PTSD just complicates things... immensely... so any laughter is extremely important... and having a social network of others who are suffering the same problems is reassuring... I've made a few friends with type 1 diabetes, and we trade our "war" stories, as most people simply couldn't understand... like diabetes, PTSD is not the person's fault...and it is wonderful to feel like you're not totally alone!
