Moving can be hard and it can be really useful. (I moved a lot.) I hope this gives you a restart.

Be patient with yourself in therapy. You've had a lot of years to learn coping methods for bad situations. It will take a long time to learn coping methods for good situations. It's a process. Forgive yourself for the many mistakes you will make. You can't learn without trying and failing. It is all The Process.

We are here for you when you need to talk. Not much can phase these people.

@Born to Run i dunno...i dont think anything i did was brave...brave to me is being a soldier, or a firefighter, or an EMT and saving people...
