The technical error was that his sentences were calculated wrong by the prison. They released him early. He sued to stay free on parole and won. After he committed a crime against me we found out he was on parole and his convictions for murder are indeed on his background check. The investigation into his crime against me is not yet done. I had PTSD prior to encountering him and his crime against me was fraud related.
