Good morning!
Does anyone have personal experience with Holotropic Breathing? I would love to hear how you've felt doing it.
I've been to a workshop twice now and have to say I'm impressed. For me the first occassion was a deeply moving experience and I was very surprised that it had such an impact on me. We were a group of seven people, all unknown to me. After approximately 30 minutes, maybe less, of intense breathing I really felt a kind of gate opening and started crying like I rarely ever did before... I didn't have a clear concept nor any distinct memory, there was just pure feeling. After that session I felt such a beautiful peace and relaxation, I can hardly describe.
The second time I tried it, it was much more moderate, but deeply relaxing nevertheless.
