How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Only got up 2 times last night for the toilet. My heart was beating so loud in my chest it kept me awake, but eventually got about 6 hours sleep :)

I am sleeping hard but I'm exhausted all day. I woke up last night to see where everyone was and Rudi started her high pitched yapping that nearly deafened me! I managed to get back to bed but still waking early early.

I slept hard and had a weird dream before waking... about kissing gone weird. Come to find out I had detached my mouth piece and it was stuck behind the back of my teeth. No nightmares to report...no knew memories. Guess the present is difficult enough.

Terrible, painful flashbacks all night, including new one around my neck. Experiencing shock today, and hard to get moving.

Good work KP. I to am sleeping okish at the moment since being off antidepressants that kept me awake all night, then ones that made me want sleep all time. At least ok sleep without tablets is one advantage.

Did I have the weirdest dream last night. And how this baby elephant got iin my house I'll never know. This baby elephant fell in love with me and wouldn't stop following me all over the house. So I kept hiding in different rooms to have some alone time without it.

I've been sleeping like a rock all through the night with my meds since Sept 6th: Ambien, Trazodone, and Prazosin. Prazosin is very helpful for nightmares. Ambien helps me fall asleep, and Trazodone helps me stay asleep.

During the day I am still tired, but if I take a nap then I'm flooded with nightmares. If I stay awake then I live with flashbacks and dissociation.

I have the craziest and most uncomfortable sensations while sleeping sometimes. It reminds me of restless legs but it's vibrating and restless energy in my upper back and running up and down the top of my spine to my head. There is very little to nothing I know to do for this and it wakes me up over and over, and/or doesn't allow me to fall asleep. The same thing occassionally happens in my hand. It's so disturbing that I end up getting up out of bed, because there's no chance of sleeping. That's why I'm up now out of bed at this ridiculous hour.
