How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Hi Jaret, thanks. No I haven't posted a thread about my nightmares, too painful. My puppy is lovely, I'm glad she wakes me up, sometimes it feels like I'm trapped and the dream isn't going to end, other times it feels so real. She has always slept next to me, but barking is recent, I think it's cause I now move and scream and cry when sleeping (so I'm told) and the puppy doesn't like that.


5:22am still no sleep...

Charmedone - I know that feeling of getting so little sleep. It's just horrible. And the nightmares that wake you up screaming or crying.

*Hugs back* Thank you. I give up with sleep I'm going to start my day, think I'll do some training with the puppy :)

It takes strength to have so little sleep and get up and find something positive to do.

I'm like that with my children, I get up every morning no matter how little sleep or how bad I feel, because I love them and they need me and they deserve a Mum who looks after them as a Mum should.

It gives me focus and reason to get on with my day as best I can.

I work with children professionally and have lots of children in my family that mean the world to me. I know exactly what you're saying, doesn't matter how bad I'm feeling I try to make sure I give them my best that's what they deserve.

No point in wasting away laying there not sleeping, when I can be doing something good. :)

Dealing with lots of insomnia lately and a couple recent nightmares. Will need to suck it up, escape and regain my energy, if not possibly my health. Who, ...knows! :D

No sleep at all not even a nap :(. Had friends over until 3:30am, couldn't sleep so then been out with puppy and cleaned whole house. At least jobs are getting done.

I slept well. I was bit worried about today and college work.

I slept good but had nightmares I can barely remember, but have haunted me all day.

No sleep last night, none. I slept for 3 hours this afternoon. I hope to sleep tonight!
