Last night I managed 7 hours - broken up into 2 hours, then waking up, then 5 hours. I also got myself to take an hour and 45-minute nap this evening because I was exhausted. Very happy with that! Closer to normal than I've gotten in ages. I just hope I'm able to sleep tonight. I think the improvement is due to sleeping on the pull-out bed in the living room instead of my bedroom. When I moved out, I brought my bed with me, and I realized the bed was triggering me like crazy and making me feel like I was back there. I would lie in bed wide awake until 3 or 4 am, and then sleep fitfully and keep waking up.
