I didn't sleep, and I'm currently in the lengthy process of begging a doctor to give me something to help me sleep (thanks National Health Service for putting me on a waiting list just so I can be prescribed something I've taken in the past to help me sleep. Nice one, that's a fantastic policy change). Fingers crossed I get something to induce sleep by the end of today. Sleeping is not over rated, it is so important and I miss it so much. Without it I feel strange.
