6 and a half hours of sleeep after 10 mg Zolpidem

I will be doing Zolpidam 10mg every night now. 5 mg doesnt work and makes bad side effects because I dont fall asleep, but 10mg works! Though it hits hard. The first waves is sorta very concentrated light headache

I slept for the greatest part of the past 24 hours....I just kept going back to sleep. I think it is due to chronic fatigue syndrome, I just get exhausted so easily these days.

Is there any stuff you could do to boost your drive and energize yourself.

Sleeping constantly can lead to more depressions and exhaustion unfortunately :hug:

Pacing myself out is the only thing that seems to help....just making sure I don't push myself too hard, but still do push myself to be a little bit physically active.

Slept soundly in lumps of 1.5 to 2 hours across the night. Maybe got 6.5 hours total, which isn't bad. Feel exhausted though !

I stayed up all night playing a new game on my I Pad that I just installed. Now I am paying the price. I am getting too old for this. Probably will take a nap later on.

I was sleeping so peacefully with some beautiful relaxing harp music playing on Youtube when they blasted me with some stupid commercial and woke me up! I had already gotten up about 3 hours before that and eaten just about everything in my kitchen so I could get back to sleep after who knows what woke me up. So I have been up since 3 AM. Not so good....
