Where are you. My x from high school facebooked me and told me he was in that situation....

" where are you". I'm assuming you mean location. I live on the east coast of u.s.a.

Its a dispute with female tenant (s).

@Heather When is your lease up????? Have you asked the landlord to sign off??? If yes, did you explain everything? Maybe having your psychiatrist draw up that letter and giving it to your landlord would help sway him. Sometimes that don't want to deal with people that have "mental issues". Sometimes we can use that to our advantage. Don't hesitate to do whatever you need to do, to get what you need!!!!!

@She Cat Lease is up end of July. I asked him to let me out he said, "no".

I heard from the prosecutor. He wanted my side of the story. He said there's 2 options he has he could drop it or give a 13 month order of protection... She can have no contact with me. He said he'd give her a stern talking to.

I opted for number 2. He said he'd put that into motion.

It was nice because he believed me and I told him we'd been at my moms since this happened because it was very stressful to be there. He felt bad and said he didn't want us not to be comfortable living in our own home.

So, we'll see what happens. But my daughter isn't ready to go back just yet. Maybe once prosecutor talks to the " spitter". We can both be more at ease.

@Heather Good for you for going the route of the court. Once the order is in place and she is served, if she breaks it, then it could mean jail time for her. Ok, July isn't all that far off. It's almost the first of June. You can do this, it's doable and the time will fly by.

Would it be insane to NOT move in August?

I guess I can hold off making any decisions and go back...see how it goes and if its still unbearable... Stay with my mom til we find a new place.

Maybe She'll learn her lesson and leave me alone.

But that doesn't solve problem with psycho on 3rd floor.... But she has her own problems... Facing 2felony counts.

Hopefully she'll leave me alone too.

Were still at my moms...finally anxiety is manageable.

I feel to chicken to go back there right now.

@Heather I'm not one of those that's afraid of much, so I wouldn't have left, but you are not me and you have a child that needs to be protected too. Do what you need to do, when you need to do it. If that means next week, or the day you move out, then it is what it is......

The guy that lives upstairs in my apartment building.... He woke me up again this morning at 3:40am. It's the fifth time since last Sat at 4:15 am. He's been going fishing, coming in @3:00 in the morning traipsing across floor dragging coolers and shit.

I'm done, and I'm waiting for him to come home and he's going to get told. And then, I plan on not letting him sleep...... pay back's a bitch!!!!,

@gizmo my mom was a p.I.a. today and I wanted to go to my own space.

I did go to the apartment today to get a few more things and saw both psycho's. No incidents but not doing much for my emotional health..... Anxiety was through the roof after I left and I've been grouchy all day.
