I did listen to some songs. I sang a couple of songs. I watched the chickens run. I went to two good online meditation classes. I tried to use a kayak and spent quality time n the water.

This is the next thing for me to learn. I need to be grounded.

Me too, @ms spock, me too. I've been spending days dissociated and I have a lot of work to get done. My usual tricks for grounding aren't working.
