I have therapy once a week or every two weeks. Once a week, I attend a women's group. I'm always going to at least one other peer support group a week, but the type varies. I live somewhere that has a lot of peer support services, so I try to take advantage of that as much as I can.
I go about every 3 weeks, but allowances are made. I step it up or slow it down as needed. I should mention that I am in the 'maintenance phase' of therapy.
