I woke up feeling a lot of stress and anxiety. I did my yoga nidra recording over and over for about an hour and a half. It might better to do it once or twice and then get up and do some exercise to discharge all that energy, and then do 10 minutes mindfulness. So my day has been a struggle, which I took steps to address. So my day has been proactive. So after doing the yoga nidra I got up and made myself a peppermint tea, and then did 20 minutes of semi supine, part of The Alexander Technique. B did some of it with me and then he took his Dad to the doctors. Shortly I will take the dog to the dog beach and park and really get some exercise in. I have to get moving and get all that cortisol out.
I dreamt some time this morning that a significant heavy textbook was taken out of my black suitcase so that some of the weight of what I am dealing with has gone. It felt good to see that in my dream. So my day has been insightful.
