Finally took my floor scrubber to my basement floor to clean and sanitize where the septic erupted. Also reorganized some stuff down there, put up a new shelving unit, and threw out the old tv stand that we use to pile stuff on. Looks so much better, I might even go down there! lol The boys are happy.

My social needs were fully met today and I feel so happy and hopeful, had an awesome day and enjoying it for all it is worth. Nothing urgent that requires my attention and have dinner all planed out.

I have a dinner and music later today so I am resting up for it. My son is in his high school orchestra and they are preparing for their trip to Spain next week. Tonight the parent's get a dinner and to hear the music they will be performing in Spain. Such a treat. Can't wait.

My day has been so awesome, no anxiety yet today at all, and have not had to take any anxiety meds at all which is very unusual for me. Got so many things accomplished today and everything went so smoothly.

Today I have a big day. Taking in the dry cleaning, going to my therapist, and out to my sister's farm to help groom the horses. It's been a long time since I've done that. I love being around those magnificent creatures. They are so powerful. A little daunting too, but I am going to keep that fear in check, as they can sense it. It involves a lot of standing, which is hard for me to do because of my health, but I think I will be fine. I'm looking forward to it!
