How's Your Day Been? Each Day is Different, So Make Your Mark Daily

The other day when I walked into the restroom at Wal-Mart, I see a guy there. When he saw me, he says real loud, am I in the wrong restroom???? A lady in one of the stalls, says very loudly, Yes! He walked out real fast!

The other night I was sitting outside on the patio and I noticed that the neighbor's dog had caught a mouse and was running around with it in his mouth. The young girls who live there, caught the dog, and then she put the mouse into her plastic purse. The young girl came over to the fence and told me that they had caught a mouse but it was now dead.

She said, do you want to see it and held up the mouse by his tail. I told her that she needed to tell her mother about it but that night, all I could see was her holding that mouse up by his tail. I couldn't believe someone so young could do that, I know I couldn't. Oh well, at least the mouse was caught and in their yard, not mine!

Feeling vulnerable... I've opened myself up with some of my struggles on this forum, a nurse and my therapist...because I know I need help.
I'm hoping I haven't said too much or the wrong thing to any of you.
I'm concerned that my therapist is disappointed/scratching his head/wondering what else he can do to help.
I'm not looking for someone to 'hold my hand' nor do I need listeners.
I just needed to know that someone is out there.
And now I know...
You are all working hard on your healing journeys and I have appreciated your responses so much.
I just wanted to feel better. It's what we all want...
I feel safer hidden...
If I leave this forum for a bit, I promise that I'll check in to see how you are.
And that I will stay focused on what I need to to get past this...
Onward and forward...

@Kaleidoscope ~ Hey, feel free to come and go as you please....I know I do!

Thank you Let It Be! (I hope I'm replying to you correctly! )
I felt a measure of sweet relief when I read your message to me!
We are in the middle of some much needed remodeling...clutter and dust everywhere.
My husband farms and has handed me the reins! With the help of a good friend/carpenter (I asked him to help with the coordination) it is going smoothly! It has been a good thing for me to have tasks in front of me and also to see the completion!
I keep my 3 yr old grandson's words, "Ok! Let's do this!", as my mantra!

To balance this busyness (which is like a tranquilizer for me...) I am in a book study with 5 other women on "living broken".
It will be intense; trust will need to be practiced and honored ... and we are encouraged to 'not hold back' ... of which I am getting better at.
I have always tended to be very private about 'difficult happenings' and I am an expert at fooling the world with a smile and "I am good! HOW ARE YOU?"
I may return here again soon...I like knowing that I can "come and go as I choose"....so if I don't show up or answer, it is not personal.
I love the posts that I receive about "How was your day...?" and "What are you grateful for?"
These are good things to remain mindful of!

Have a great day Let It Be and anyone else who reads this... the sun is shining, the weather here is a perfect fall day.
I'm so grateful for this, as I feel also deep concern for the many who are uprooted and feeling the devastation of the recent hurricanes, forest fires and the earthquake in Mexico...

Hugs and hope you do come back as you make a difference here among us.:hug::hug:

I finally got my daughter to get her stuff out of my garage so I can finally use it now and I swept it out and got rid of the garbage she left behind, had to move out a huge dismantled computer desk and I now have my car parked in the garage!! It only took two years!:wideeyed::D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
