jods, I'm just glad to hear I'm not the only person that forgets their meds.
A white board would be a great idea, but again, just got to remember the "ticks" lol
I think that it is awesome that you are helping your hubby to remember his meds... with all the stuff flying around in our minds... it's so easy to forget to take those daily pills.
Nam, yeah I have a pill case too. Unfortunatly I have to take meds every couple of hours, but putting that case somewhere where I "will" go (like to my toothbrush) is a great idea.
Maybe putting the pill case next to the computer mouse might work, lol
Farmer, I'm assuming you are talking about Boo's strategy?
I agree, it's alot simplier (and hopefully more effective)
When I get myself off of the sleeping meds, I'm going to remember to try this.
Pitt Bull, don't dwell on the fact that they feel you may have more than just PTSD.
When I was diagnosed, it was with PTSD along with 3 other disorders.
It doesn't change anything, or make you "worse off" it is just the doctors way of trying to put a name to your problems, so they can hopefully help you.
scarlette, I love reading the poem section, I just don't have the way with words to write in such a beautiful and powerful way.
Painting is a small release for me.
But you are absolutly right, if pittbull can start writing out the thoughts it will help sort out things in his mind.
I've been going through the cold sweats all morning...
I did take my meds on time, but something just feels "off".
Oh well, I have the rest of the day to try and feel better.
Take care :)
