Today was full, exciting, interesting, hard-working, challenging, social, and enriching! I was steady and consistent and found some happiness and shared some joy.

Today was so depressing and challenging that I was seriously considering a 72 hour hospital stay, but when I called out to my friends they were there for me and gave me courage and support...I was pleasantly surprised and although my depression still lingers, I think I have a handle on it now.

I'm just so tired that I feel like going back to bed but if I do that then I won't sleep tonight. I'm going to chill and make cards.

Actually, today has been good.

Worked this morning then had appointment with psychologist this afternoon. I had been dreading my appointment as I havent seen her for a year, i needn't have worried she soon put me at my ease. In fact here i am 4 hrs later realising just how much I was worrying about things I have no control over.
We've booked in 4 more apps over the next 3wks & after several months of low mood & anxiety she thinks I still have some work to do on my trauma.

Its a relief to know I hadn't just stopped trying to keep myself well!

I felt a bit anxious while shopping because the fire alarm went off and they evacuated the shops. I managed to drive all day too.

I've been so anxious because the car keeps breaking down (it needs a new fuel pump) and although we have breakdown cover I still get panicky. It didn't break down today so that was good and I managed to drive across town to visit my sister too. I hope it's fixed before we go to York.

Today has been going ok. I will have to make dinner soon. The bad part is that my vision got worst today. This is the worst it has ever been. But I can still read and type. As long as I can do that I am ok. Been doing alot of journaling today. I got alot out of me. And I feel so peaceful for doing it.

My day has started out ok, I got the morning chores done. I will do the wash today. I got that started. I am being online. I will do some things that are a good distraction and diversion. I am feeling better than I was yesterday.

I took anxiety meds and they helped me. I will go for a mocha frappe. And I will fold the clothes and put them away. I am getting a jump on the wash. It is not time to do it. But I wanted to get it over with. I am glad I have a washer that is new and that it works. My old one leaked and I had to use towels to mop up the water that leaked out.

My day is going better than I usually do on the weekend. I hope to get fast food for tonight. After years of being deprived of fast food I am thrilled to be able to do this now. My husband is feeling good today to. so my day is going good. I am so glad. I love it when I feel good.

I had a rough night but by the time 5:30am rolled around I actually felt like getting up so I for the first time in days I took Big Girl out for a power walk and barely made it home! :eek: I then got out and finished whacking down a some bushes - yikes!! I'm seriously out of shape :(.

Today we brought out new dog toys and the girls went wild!! I don't think we've all played like that (my hunny too) in a very long time. I have kept a certain distance but this morning has been so great :). Everyone is sunshine happy here so it really makes me feel better emotionally, if not physically.

Favourite Eldest has moved back home. He has moved his stuff into his room and into the hall, kitchen and anywhere else he can find a space! :rolleyes:

It's really stressful but he had to move out of his Uni accommodation and back home was the only place to go. I've put the washer on, folded some of his clothes, recycled all the paperwork he didn't want, thrown away his rubbish and put all his kitchenware into a big box for him to sort through (it was all over my kitchen floor).

Now I have just had lunch and am relaxing.

My day was quiet and peaceful. I took it easy today. I was busy looking for pictures to post. I am getting quite the collection. I rested today. I felt good today. I am sorry it is winding down. I really enjoyed today.
