I decided to go slow today. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed yesterday. I was taking on too much. I was expecting too much. I was adding goals to my goals. So I will strip down. I will still do my goals but not add so many that I get overwhelmed. This is one of my goals to notice my stress levels before I dissociate. So that is good. I have succeeded in that.
I ate two pieces of fruit for breakfast and I drank some water.
I will go for my boogie boarding this morning and with an acquaintance this afternoon.
Today I will sort out the house and organise stuff. I hope to get rid of a couple of bags of stuff.
