How's Your Day Been? Each Day is Different, So Make Your Mark Daily

I spent the last two days cleaning some much needed areas. I also did a little exercising. Both of those things have been out of the ordinary for me for sometime. I felt pretty good about it. I was able to throw out garbage and get things together in a donate bag. I hate wasting things. Hopefully I can keep this up.

My day has been very busy. I went to see my psychriatrist in Sydney. I spent time with my friend as she came up with me. We saw her nephew for lunch. I also saw the Francis Bacon exhibition. Then I came home from Sydney with my friend.

My friend is a chatty person which is saying something, as I am a very chatty person as well.

I am exhausted.

My day is being very confronting today. I wanted to be at the beach at 9am drawing but it is 10 am and I haven't gone for my Dip in the Ocean. I just have to be patient as I am dealing with a lot of overwhelm and some dissociation. I need to go about my day at a reasonable pace, doing things but not being so out of it emotionally or is it mentally?

I had a wonderful day. I got my laptop back and have been catching up on the forum. I had a good dinner and I fixed me some spicy tuna for a snack. I had two small glasses of wine, and have been kicking back watching movies. I will be washing my hair soon. I find that so relaxing.

It was really difficult to get up and get going today. I did get up and went into town and went to a Still Life Drawing Class. That was good. Then I came home and came on this forum for an hour. I went for a boogie board. Then I went for a social engagement, which was pretty boring.
