I'm trying to figure if I'll work at repressing whole this week or if I'll wait till another one and actually work it through. Let's see.

@gizmo : Glad to hear that your new home developes in such a good way for you. ...and I'm sure you will find a way to handle the distance. :hug:

My day was rather mixed. Lots of stuff to do at work, but I had a seminar...so I only could work during the seminar's breaks. That's it for my breaks...:banghead: ...seminar was really interesting and funny. Communication processes during an interrogation - I like that topic a lot and I agreed with the trainers that we would meet up again and talk a bit about changes or news. :laugh:

Returned home, packed my boxes for the ebay items I sold, went for a short run, cleaned my flat...and now, I'm waiting for the floors to dry, so I will be able to put back the furniture and take a shower.

Picked up my new glasses. Now to get used to them. I had no idea I have been straining my eyes in order to see.

I was kinda anxious about what the new frames would look like since my eyes were dilated when they were picked out. I think I'm going to like them, it was time for a change, had the same frames for too long.

Nice color and so to celebrate, I stopped and got some ice cream. It was almost melted by the time I got home.

Good for you Let it Be in getting the new glasses. I got some new glasses ordered today and I learned that I am developing cataracts. I cannot afford eye surgery and my daughter just moved an hour away. Needless to say I cannot see anymore so that is why I went to get my eyes checked. Cannot wait to get the new glasses. I also love my wire frames and the color goes with me.

Thank you Anrish so much. You are such a joy and a comforting and encouraging person.

My day started out with it rained pretty heavy last night. So it is ultra humid today.

Went to two stores and got the last of the stuff I need to set up housekeeping. Everything went smoothly and easy and I had so much help.

Now after a cold coke, I have to start putting the stuff away and assemble a vacuum Never did that before, my husband always did that. The guy that helped me load it into my trunk told me it is fairly easy so I will see. Got a ton of dvds in the mail. I gave all of my dvds away when I sold the mobile home and now I am replacing the upbeat ones.

I have done several 30 minute sessions of mindfulness. I have worked out where I am stuck in my thinking.

Going out to breakfast with my family for our 21 anniversary. Will go to dinner later with just my husband. Also going to get a pedicure. Yippee.

Happy Anniversary Britt!

My day is lousy today, so frustrated because I am trying so hard and the process of finding a job has now become so very complicated.

My landlord was supposed to come over today and fix my heater and he is a no show.

Later on I will fix dinner, make the coffee for tomorrow and take a shower and watch dvds. On the plus side I got a refund check for fifty dollars from my dentist. Every little bit counts.

My day got better. I got good advice on filling out applications online, by watching U Tube videos on how to fill out online applications. i can use all of the help I can get.

Talked to my daughter and she will be coming to visit me really soon. She is so beyond exhausted right now. The girls are very homesick and bored right now. Her cats are not having a good time either with all of the changes. Things will eventually settle down for my family. I am happy that she is staying in touch.

I did a mindfulness body scan, ate breakfast and went for a walk for a hour and a half. So the day is okay.

Stressed about my writing and whether I will get it done in time. Really struggling about that. So not feeling so good about that.

I did some good work today. I read two and a half articles and came up with some of my own intellectual property which is good.
I sat in the sun and relished it's warmth.
I did some sensible self caring things.

I got up and showered early. I have an appointment with my son at the dental surgeons for his wisdom teeth. Hoping my energy will hold out.
