I had an awesome day today. Got one job application turned in and found a whole bunch of places that I can go back to and apply.

Today is much better than yesterday. Today I am much more here.

Today has been full of Mindfulness!

My day has been full of mindfulness, full of disco dancing and studying and being organised! I ate avacado!

My day has been full of study and thinking - also a trigger which has been hard.

I went to a movie and lunch with my sister. We talked about my dad's pending divorce. It wasn't easy but I felt she had to know what the others were saying. She, of course, defended my dad. Which I expected her to. She wasn't happy for the conversation. Me either. But I am dealing with this better than the other conversation I had with my other sister.

My day has been full of mindfulness and shopping for fruit and vegetables!

My day............... I was struggling for hours to apply for a job at Amazon and something is wrong with the website so I will keep trying. The girls are here and have already had dinner. I have planned some fun for them and they sure are cheering me up as today is my son shauns birthday and he died in 09. They are really cheering me up. I am so happy they are here.

My day has been fantastic! I went from Extreme Depression to Severe Depression to Moderate Depression on the Burns' checklist today!

I went for a walk around the lake here. It is exactly what I needed.

I feel so much better being there, it is so grounding for me. Love to look at the water and am so thankful that it is always there for me to go to.

Scary. I have been out of psychology for a year and today I finally received an appointment for 20th August, feeling nervous about it, hoping it will work this time.
