What a day hubby has had, poor guy is really struggling just now.
He is reducing his medication, under instruction for the Psych he saw last week, because he is fed up of feeling like a "Lifeless zombie", and cannot do what is supposed to do because of this.
He had reduced his morning meds from 60mg to 40mg over 4 weeks, now he is down to 30mg, which was dropped on Monday.
We hoped that he would not have too much of an issue, as the first 2 drops were fine, but this one has really rocked him. He knows it is is body screaming for the 40 mg, but he is struggling big time.
Today he is shaky, sweating, un steady on his feet and has had to sleep for most of the day. He say's its just like the detox he did for alcohol in 2008.
He knows he will be OK and this needs to be done, but has s aid he will stay on 30mg, for at least 4 weeks, once his body has settled to this dose.
This is so wrong for anyone to suffer like this, but though he is struggling, he is doing OK'ish.
