@dulcia - there are logistics at the moment but I also am not feeling like he could reel me back in.

Having discovered that he was also texting another ex I’m truly over him. Whereas before I saw him as a kind of damaged but heroic man now I see him as a dishonest disloyal f*ckboy like all the others! Sigh!

Have you considered getting someone else to deal with this ass-hole? I say this with the greatest respect for your skills...but this is emotionally charged for you and having someone else cop his crap and act as a shield for you is worthwhile in many ways.

@blackemerald1 - I know what you’re saying - emotional distance from the situation is the biggest asset a solicitor brings to the table but I don’t think he will be difficult. He knows that the court would give me more than I personally think is fair and therefore he is willing to give me the money I’ve asked for.

I’m just disappointed AF in him. All this time I was giving him everything I had and he couldn’t even be honest with me. Sigh!
