Nope, definitely not an issue that can be solved on the Internet by random strangers. But, there is a wealth of information on this site for those that are in need of help. Especially those that don’t have a therapist right now.
You can learn coping and grounding skills which will help you to keep yourself a bit more stable. You can learn how and why you are feeling and thinking the way that you do. You will have an understanding of the ins and outs of therapy, medications questions to ask, and places that can offer you help with medication if you don’t have insurance.
Most of all, you won’t feel so alone, knowing that everyone here has PTSD, or is dealing with someone that does. We are an empathetic group that offers support when needed and sometimes a kick in the ass too when that’s needed..
