The trouble I find is that one never knows when something graphic will pop up and thats the way it should be in a diary. The person who's diary it is should feel free to say what they need to and not feel they have to be taking care of others. People have enough shame already.
And yet I am not in a place where I can deal with anything graphic. And so I tend to stay away expect for the rare occasion and I avoid those diaries which regularly have triggering material in them. A shame.
