I had a great day!

Today I taught at an outdoor education programme that I love and I did really well with my teaching, management of all that was going on, and also in having a good day. I haven't had a lot of good days in my life, but I am having them now, and it is very different! I don't really know how to manage having a good day yet! But it is REALLY noteworthy! I am having a great day! I did well. I managed well. I had a great day. I am really tired now but doing really well.

After all the trauma that I have lived through and all the abuse I suffered at the hands of a psychologist, my life is finally on track at age 49. It is totally phenomenal.

I will have been here ten years this year. Ten years, and the struggle to manage my symptoms is totally epic!

My whole life has changed! My whole life has changed! All the years and years of work has paid off.

I had another great day! I really did super well! There were difficult moments but I managed okay.
